Prices shown are in pounds sterling. Please check the treatment, price and availability with Cassie when arranging your appointment. Website information may be updated as our services and prices change.

Sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry. Your appointment is confirmed when Cassie has agreed the treatment, date and time with you. Appointment times vary, so please contact Cassie to find a suitable time.

Any payment or cancellation conditions that apply to your booking will be explained before you agree to it. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact Cassie as soon as possible.

Gift vouchers

To ask about buying or redeeming a Fresh gift voucher, please contact Cassie. Online purchasing is not currently available through this website.

Cassie can explain the voucher options, how to redeem your voucher and any conditions that apply before you purchase. Please keep the voucher and the information supplied with it for reference.

These website terms do not set a voucher expiry period or restrict any cancellation or refund rights you have under consumer law.
